My story begins in Xuzhou in 1995. A small, family-owned glass factory was the most vivid backdrop of my childhood. The air often carried the scent of burning coal and sunlight, filtered through the dust from the factory’s high windows, always hazy.
I still remember my grandfather’s weathered hands, expertly tuning the scorching furnace, transforming fire and sand into art. He treated every single glass bottle as a masterpiece. That obsessive dedication to quality, those bright eyes shining even in harsh conditions, became a guiding light for my future.
This reverence for masterful craftsmanship is the most precious DNA of DAS Group.

My Choice: Beyond Preservation, Toward Innovation

When I inherited this legacy, I knew it was more than just a business; it was a profound responsibility. I couldn’t forget the color of the sky from my childhood, nor could I betray my grandfather’s relentless pursuit of perfection.
I asked myself: beyond preserving this craftsmanship, what more could I do for this industry, and for our shared environment?
The answer was to start from the ground up, to relearn and understand the industry anew. I’ve personally felt the searing heat of molten glass and spent sleepless nights with technical teams refining the precision of an accessory. It was during this journey that a firm conviction took root in my heart: DAS Group must not only be synonymous with quality but also a champion of sustainable development.

We deeply understood that the capabilities of a single factory are inherently limited. To better serve the brand owners, manufacturers, and wholesalers who place their trust in us, we had to offer value that transcended manufacturing itself.

Starting in 2016, we embarked on a path of integration and innovation. We visited over 30 regions worldwide, learning and optimizing every production process. Ultimately, through strategic acquisitions and equity partnerships, we united 17 specialized companies—experts in glass bottles, plastic bottles, paper packaging, and related accessories—into one cohesive and efficient packaging ecosystem.
This was never about expansion for its own sake. This was about building “certainty” for our clients—a powerful, end-to-end partner providing professional, holistic solutions from design and R&D to production and quality control.
